The CPE/STB Enclosure is manufactured with hardened plastic for durability and will fit most size CPE's and Set Top Boxes. The CPE/STB is placed inside the enclosure and can be mounted to the wall, under a desk, or other out of site location for the purpose of reducing walk off (therefore having to replace the unit) and reduced disconnection & resetting of unit (which means reduced help desk calls).
